Terms of Delivery

  • Deliveries are made by Speedy courier to the address or office specified in your order. After approval of the shipment and confirmation by the customer, the online store for coffee, tea and accessories Arabica.bg delivers the products by courier, with a delivery address explicitly stated and confirmed by the user.
  • Taking orders from an office in Sofia is done only after a preliminary request through the site or by phone. Our consultant will contact you to confirm your order.
  • Confirmation of orders is made every weekday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. Orders of products are sent only after confirmation by the customer.
  • Payment for the products is made upon delivery to a cash on delivery address or in advance by bank transfer. Cod Caffee sends the products, by payment by bank transfer, only after receiving payment or after sending payment.
  • Delivery to the specified address is made by the courier company every weekday with working hours from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm On Saturdays until 2.00 pm Arabica.bg sends shipments with Saturday delivery only at the request of the client. The rest of the shipments sent on Friday are released on Monday. Deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery time

The delivery time depends on your location and the service schedule of the courier company. After processing and delivery of your shipment to the courier company, the delivery time is between 1 and 3 working days for different settlements. Upon confirmation of your order, you will be notified of the exact date of delivery.
