- Deliveries are made by Speedy courier to the address or office specified in your order. - Taking orders from an office in Sofia is done only after a preliminary request through the site or by phone. Our consultant will contact you to confirm your order.

- Delivery to the specified address is made by the courier company every weekday with working hours from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm On Saturdays until 2.00 pm Arabica.bg sends shipments with Saturday delivery only at the request of the client. The rest of the shipments sent on Friday are released on Monday. Deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.
