Does pumping require a lot of force?
Nanopresso requires 15% less force to push the pump button. At 18 bar (261 psi) pressure, you will need to press the button with a force equal to 13 kg (28.66 lbs). To easily apply this force, we recommend holding the Nanopresso with both hands as instructed in our user manual.
Does the nanopress heat the water?
No! To drink hot espresso, you will need to fill the water tank with hot water. If you don't have a water heating source, you might want to check out our purpose-built Wacaco Nanovessel Thermos.
Does Nanopresso include accessories?
Nanopresso comes standard with a single filter basket (8 g ground coffee). The double filter basket (16 g ground coffee), the Nespresso and Dolce Gusto capsule adapter and the large water tank are sold separately.
Is the Nanopresso dishwasher safe?
No. We recommend washing under running water the scoop, the brush, the cup if used, the portafilter, the filter basket and the area of the main body where the filter basket is positioned. Clean the remaining parts with a damp cloth. After cleaning, allow all parts of the Nanopresso to dry separately.
Does the Nanopresso have a warranty?
We guarantee the Nanopresso against defects due to faulty materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
